A11yPals Accessibility Consulting, based in Sydney, is led by Kylie — a passionate accessibility advocate with lived experience of disability and a flair for roller skates and hairbows. With over five years in digital accessibility, Kylie has worked across a wide range of sectors including government, education, banking, telecom, retail, and not-for-profits in both Australia and New Zealand. She has built a strong professional network and collaborates with like-minded freelancers to deliver reliable, high-standard accessibility solutions.

At the heart of A11yPals is a commitment to inclusion, community, and continuous learning. Kylie is an active member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), serves as Secretary of OZeWAI, and is also a Golden Key International Honours Society member—credentials that reflect her dedication and expertise in the field.

WebSplash Digital partnered with A11yPals to redesign their website and better showcase their services. Our work included a full website overhaul with a focus on usability, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance. We integrated a Learning Management System (LMS) to support training delivery and added PayPal functionality to streamline online transactions.

The updated site offers a clean, structured layout that is easy to navigate for all users, including those using assistive technologies. Our redesign not only improved user experience but also strengthened A11yPals’ online visibility, helping them connect with organisations looking to improve digital accessibility.
